Campaign Issues and Cancellations: In the event that a campaign cannot be completed, is canceled, or encounters a verified issue on our end, any unused or affected portion of the funds will be credited back to the user’s account balance. These returned funds may be reused for future purchases within the platform but are not eligible for withdrawal or refund.
5. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for reviewing service details prior to purchase and ensuring that their selected services meet their needs. By initiating a purchase, the user agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
